MEETING THE NEEDS OF OUR

DUBLIN COMMUNITY

 

As one of the fastest growing cities in California, Dublin must continue to maintain a strong and well funded public safety program, address affordable housing shortages, the lack of adequate services for our seniors and neighbors with disabilities, and development outpacing the adequacy of infrastructure to support our City’s growth. We must successfully overcome these challenges through collaboration and commitment while acting upon sound fiscal and sustainable environmental strategies.

 

My commitment to our community as a current member of Dublin City Council, former mayor and as a candidate for mayor in the 2026 general election include support of:

 

• Public safety.  Well-funded, comprehensive program, which includes continued investments in safety programs and security infrastructure to ensure that our residents remain safe.

•  Infrastructure and Environmental Sustainability.  Our city's growth must be responsible, sustainable, and community-centered.  I will focus on traffic flow efficiencies, investing in roads and infrastructure that keep us connected and safe, while preserving remaining open space, advocating for investments in park development, and conserving natural resources.

  ​

• Economic Development.  Small business sustainability strategies, attracting growth industries to expand and diversify our business community, and business initiatives that promote local employment and the use of local skilled labor.

• Affordable Housing.  As a critical part of our residential strategy, we must include creative solutions so essential workers, new families and seniors can afford to live in Dublin.
